trends in music, mainstream and otherwise, are pretty easy to spot
the whole lo-fi post-punk/garage/rock/whatever thing has been gaining steam for a hot minute and its interesting to read what i guess you would call a veterans take on something that has really only been in the limelight as of late - seriously though, im not even blog crazy, and i couldnt click a fucking link without someone telling me to listen to wavves. on the real, wavves is lame bro. ive got nothing against this stuff making headway, i know many people who play this kind of music and its been around forever, i just find it weird when the hype machine (the machine, not the bloggy thing) picks something so seemingly obscure to jump on.
anyways, the real point is, ive never read so many [expletive]s in an interview before. first person to guess the number wins a prize
